We keep this simple: we collect as little as we can and never sell any of it.
What we collect
- Server activity. Player names, playtime and kill stats come from the game server and CFTools Cloud and are shown on the leaderboards and kill feed. We never publish map positions or player IDs.
- Forms. When you send a ban appeal, report or staff application, we store what you typed (in-game name, Steam ID if given, Discord username and your message) so staff can handle it. It’s also posted to a private staff channel on Discord.
- Donations. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We keep your in-game name, Discord username and email (so we can deliver perks and handle refunds), plus the amount and date. Your name only goes on the Supporter Wall if you tick the box.
- Bot protection. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep spam out.
What we don’t do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies and no selling or sharing your data with anyone except the services above.
Getting your data removed
Message a staff member on Discord or send a request through the contact form and we’ll delete what we hold about you, except records we’re legally required to keep for payments.
